Dear Potential Vendor,

We are excited to invite you to participate as a vendor in our upcoming event, Christmas at the Farm: Holiday Extravaganza, hosted by Tate Farm by the Pond. This three-day holiday celebration is designed to bring families and the local community together for an unforgettable weekend of Christmas cheer, shopping, food, entertainment, and festive experiences.

Event Details:

Location: Tate Farm by the Pond
Dates: Friday, November 14 through Sunday, November 16, 2025
Time: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM each evening
Vendor Setup: Begins at 12:00 noon daily

The event will feature Christmas light trails, candlelight hayrides, live music, Santa visits, food and drink stations, a live Nativity scene, and more. The Vendor Hall will be open each evening and highlighted as a key part of the experience for guests looking to shop local for holiday gifts and treats.

Vendor Fee and Registration:

$100 per day

Vendors may register for one, two, or all three days
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment

What We Provide:

Access to shared electrical outlets (30 or 50 amp) – vendors are strongly encouraged to bring their own heavy-duty extension cords and power strips
Access to on-site restroom facilities
Marketing and promotion of all approved vendors on our website and social media platforms
A welcoming, high-traffic holiday environment to promote your business

Please Note:

Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, displays, and any necessary setup materials
Vendor fees are non-refundable

We are now within 30 days of the event – no refunds will be issued for cancellations
This is a rain or shine event with no rain dates provided

Vendor Agreement

By signing below, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Vendor must bring their own tables, chairs, and setup materials. Access to shared 30-amp and 50-amp outlets is available — vendor must bring their own extension cords/power strips. Bathrooms will be available on-site for vendors. All vendor fees are non-refundable. As we are within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be issued for cancellations. The event is rain or shine — no rain dates will be provided. Vendors must pay in full no later than October 30, 2025. No vendor may set up without payment. Approved vendors will be promoted via event marketing and social media. Vendor will receive a 10×10 rental space. Vendor setup begins at 12:00 PM daily, and must be completed before the event opens at 6:00 PM.
